Payment: All payments for products and services must be made in full before delivery or installation. Any additional work or materials required during the course of a project will be charged for separately.
Delivery and installation: Kullar Kitchens will arrange for delivery and/or installation of all products sold. Delivery and installation dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Changes and cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made in writing and approved by Kullar Kitchens. A cancellation fee may apply for any changes or cancellations made after production has begun.
Warranty: All products sold by Kullar Kitchens are subject to a warranty period of one year from the date of delivery or installation. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Property: Until full payment is received, all stock and content remains the property of Kullar Kitchens. If payment is not received in full, Kullar Kitchens reserves the right to repossess any products or materials sold and to pursue any legal remedies available to it.
Liability: Kullar Kitchens is not liable for any damages or loss incurred as a result of the installation or use of its products or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom
